Red Shells Cape

Good evening!
Just a short post about a new project - it is a Red Shells Cape. I finished it 10 days ago. It was very easy and interesting and quickly to make this cape. In fact in original pattern it is called as Gracefull Shells Poncho, but as my poncho turned out a little bit shorter, I called it as a cape. :-)

 Hook 7mm

Yarn I used(total 100g only) is Zettl Monte Carlo - Acrylic/Alpaca/Wool blend, very soft and warm. I have a plan to make another one cape in black color...
And in my next post you'll see my Floral Scarf  finally completed!!! I already wore it - ooooh, it is very very warm!

New Coasters and the Christmas Star's Pattern

Today is Sunday! 

Hope the day is sunny, warm and beautiful the same as ours... In the morning I allowed myself to stay in my bed a little longer ... Ooooh, how nice! Then my DH (Dear Husband) brought me a coffee ... I continued to stay in bed ... I was reading a magazine and drinking a delicious coffee with milk and one spoonful of sugar(my best combination for a coffee)...

And then I took a few pictures of my new star-project.

The Star Coasters - It will be a Christmas gift for one beautiful woman(and I'm not gonna tell you who is she now)...

Enjoy the pictures! I tried different backgrounds for a best results.

100% Acrylic yarn - James C.Brett Top Value DK

Colors that I used:

Green-Turquoise

Red

White

 Hook 4,5mm

 

 This pattern is for a Christmass Star from previous post...Start with ch 4, join in ring.

 So for the coaster you should add one more round in white color in Hdc (Half Double Crochet) - in each stitch of previous round, except a single Dc stitch behind the clusters of shell(4 Dc, ch 2, 4 Dc); and in each top of ch 2 spaces - 2 Hdc, ch2, 2 Hdc.  Did you understand something? :-(  I find it a little bit hard to make the description in words... And also it is difficult to draw the pattern... What should I do?... I'll think about that tomorrow...

Floral Scarf and Christmass Stars

Hello my friends!!!
I finished my Floral Scarf, but but but I have to hide 220 yarn tails... oh no!... oh yes, I have to do it! I began to do it yesterday - and only 60  been completed...

A little more pictures...

And today I decided  to make a star for Christmas decorations. I have made one star ... then one more ... then one more... and one more again ...  I couldn't stop!!! So I have total nine stars now. I like to do these stars because it's easy, quickly and of course very interesting !

I plan to make ten more of these,  or may be more! I don't know yet!

The beauty of autumn

Hello Hello!

In the morning was frosty, and during the day was a wonderful sunny day. So we had a walk - my youngest girl and me! And here is  some new pictures with my new camera. 

The wild rose behind our house

 Leaves in dewdrops ... Oh-oh ... I think I even fell on the grass to make this shot ...

Wild apples... My daughter is very fond of  picking them up and playing with them...

I'm just learning to use my new camera, so some pictures are not perfect...

A New Warm Set

 Hello!  

Do you remember my Spanish Poncho? I made ​​another one, could not resist because it makes very easy and fast. A fascinating result, isn't? For the poncho I added a fringe. And  easy hat.

(I think that it's not a poncho, may be a capelet? What do you think?)

 

Привет! Вы помните мое Испанское пончо? Я связала еще одно. Не могла удержаться, ведь  вяжется оно быстро и легко... А в результате получается вот такая красота, не правда-ли? К пончо я добавила бахрому,  а также связалась шапочка.

(Ну, вобще-то это скорее накидка, чем пончо, как думаете?)

And also my floral scarf from previous post is slowly growing. Now is ready 30 flowers and among them no two identical. The scarf is very scratchy and very very warm!

Мой цветочный шарф из предыдущего поста потихоньку растет... Уже готово 30 цветочков. Шарф получается оооочень кусачий, а значит оооочень теплый!

    

 I really want to finish it as quickly as possible, so my ripple blanket had yet to put aside. I'm not working with it for over a week...
Очень хочу побыстрее его закончить, поэтому пока отложила вязание волнистого пледа, к которому не прикасалась уже целую неделю.

Elf Hat and another one new wip...

Christmas is coming!  

So I made a funny Elf Hat with a long tail for Anastasia, though she was refused to be photographed, so I had to take the doll, and also contrive take pictures of the younger daughter Alisha. 

Well, look what I got.

Поэтому я связала одну смешную шапку Эльфа с длинным хвостом для Анастасии, правда она отказалась фотографироваться, поэтому пришлось взять куклу, а также ухитриться сфотографировать на младшей дочке Алише.

100% Acrylic yarn Kirkton House DK, 2 strands together.

Hook 6mm.

  

Ниточки акрил 100% , примерно 300м/100г, вязала в два сложения. Крючок 6мм.
